Terms of Service

By accessing or using Haako you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you may not use Haako.

Haako is a portfolio intelligence terminal for individual investors. It provides:

• Free financial calculators (day rate, compound interest, retirement planner, etc.)
• Manual portfolio and budget tracking
• Decision journal and conviction ledger (Cockpit plan)
• Macro signal dashboard and regime engine (Cockpit plan)
• Allocation analysis and projection tools (Cockpit plan)

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share your account
• Notify us immediately at sethydeveloper@gmail.com of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We apply encryption, secure authentication, and industry-standard security controls. However, no system is perfectly secure — you use Haako at your own risk.

Haako uses manual entry and CSV import. We do not connect to or request access to live bank accounts. Your financial data:

• Belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal financial data.
• Can be exported at any time from your account settings.
• Will be deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
• May be retained for up to 7 years for regulatory and compliance reasons.

Billing terms:

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension until resolved
• All prices are in euros and inclusive of applicable taxes

Haako and all its content, software, features, and functionality are owned by Haako and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain full ownership of all personal financial data you enter into Haako. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.

By you — You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

By us — We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice except where immediate action is necessary to protect security or prevent harm.

Upon termination, your right to use Haako ceases. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory protections granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Haako after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
